Refund policy

Cut Fabrics

Because all fabrics are cut to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless an item is found to be faulty.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you believe a fabric is faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@leafandloom.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if possible.

Please do not cut, wash, or otherwise alter the fabric before checking it. Once the material has been cut or processed in any way, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. 

Faulty Items

We check the fabric carefully before sending but for larger orders and full rolls, flaws can sometimes slip through. If you believe your fabric is flawed please email us within 7 days of receipt of your order with photos of the problem and in most cases we can organise a replacement. In circumstances where this is not possible we will offer a refund, including reasonable return postage costs.

Samples

Fabric samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
