Leaf & Loom offers trade accounts for interior design professionals and associated trades, as well as clothing designers with their own brand and store. We encourage you to apply for a trade account with us for access to unlimited free samples, discounted pricing and to enjoy the benefits of being a trade partner. Who can apply for a trade discount?
Our trade programme is open to:
- Architects, Interior designers, specifiers and design studios
- Upholsterers, curtain makers and soft furnishings businesses
- Small independent makers producing goods for sale
- Independent clothing designers with their own brand and sales platform

How do I apply for a trade discount?

Do trade discounts apply to all products?
Trade discounts apply to all products except those currently on sale.
What level of trade discount do you offer?
Your trade discount will be disclosed once your application is approved.
How do I place an order as a trade customer?
Once your application has been approved, you will need to create an account if you have not already done so. This will allow you to view trade pricing on all products and place your order directly online. Alternatively please contact us and we will be happy to send you a pro forma invoice.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order for in stock fabrics. For pre-orders on fabrics that are not currently available, there is a minimum order of 4m.
Can I order samples of your fabrics and trim?
Yes, sample pieces of fabric approx 20cm x 15cm are available to order on our website free of charge with your trade log in. Samples of trim are also available. Shipping for standard sample orders is free of charge.
Larger returnable samples of approx. half a metre long, half width fabric can also be ordered. A charge of 25% of RRP is made for these and this will be refunded as long as the sample is received back in good condition within 28 days of order. Postage will be charged at the standard Folded rate. Please contact us if you require a returnable sample.
Do you offer free delivery?
Standard samples are sent free of charge. We also offer free shipping on orders over £300.
