Dispatch Times and Services
We aim to dispatch all in-stock fabric and trim orders within 2 working days of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been sent.
Orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DPD. In some circumstances other couriers may be used.
Samples are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. This is free of charge.
Please select at checkout whether you would like your fabric sent folded or rolled.
Folded fabrics and Trim are charged at £5.95 and rolled fabrics at £12.95.
Next Day orders placed before 1pm are sent via DPD or another courier. Folded and Trim Next Day orders cost £8.95 and fabric rolls £18.
Folded fabrics and Trim will be sent in a biodegradable bag and cardboard box or reusable courier dispatch pack. Rolled fabrics will be wrapped in plastic.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are entered correctly when placing an order.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the dispatch companies and are not guaranteed. Courier companies are under increasing pressure and Next Day orders do not always arrive next day, despite our best efforts. Leaf & Loom cannot be held responsible for delays once parcels are in transit.
Receiving Your Order
Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives. If the packaging or contents appear damaged, please take photographs and contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Undeliverable Orders
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can re-ship it once additional postage costs have been paid.
Re-delivery will be charged at the same price as the original delivery.
Leaf & Loom cannot be held responsible if you are not available at the time of the delivery and do not contact the dispatch company to arrange re-delivery.
Remote Locations
Please note that deliveries to remote locations may incur additional fees to be paid before dispatch. If unsure, please do contact us before placing your order and we will let you know of any additional postage costs for the different methods of dispatch to your location.
International Orders
At present, we deliver only within the United Kingdom. If you are an international customer and are keen to order, please do email us at sales@leafandloom.uk and we can explore options.
