Returns and Refunds

Cut Fabrics and Trim

As all fabrics and trim are cut to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless an item is found to be faulty.
We would always recommend ordering a sample of the fabric before placing your metre order. Different batches of a fabric can have a slightly different weight and colour. If you are wanting to match the colour of a previous order we would also recommend ordering a sample of the current batch as there may be some colour variation. You can add a comment at the checkout asking for the current roll.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. We check the fabric and trim carefully before sending but for larger orders and full rolls, flaws can sometimes slip through. If you believe a fabric or trim is faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@leafandloom.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the flaws.
In most cases we can organise a replacement. In circumstances where this is not possible we will offer a refund, including reasonable return postage costs.

Please do not cut, wash, or otherwise alter the fabric or trim before checking it. Once the material has been cut or processed in any way, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Samples

Fabric and trim samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
